Privacy Policy

By applying for a job offer on the SWEETCH ENERGY website, you authorize the company SWEETCH ENERGY (hereinafter called “Recruiter”), responsible for processing, to collect your personal data and use it as part of a recruitment process and any hiring procedure.

We collect and process the following data: your name(s), first name(s), email address, telephone, resume and any other optional item(s) that you would like to share with us.

In addition, your data will be used to contact you, process your application and in the possible elaboration of an employment contract.

You are not required to provide this information. The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of your consent, including when it has been collected on the basis of the Recruiter’s legitimate interest in processing your application.

If you refuse, your data will be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any absence or refusal to communicate your data cancels the application process.

It is recalled that as part of the processing of your data and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, As regards data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to know whether we hold your data and if so, you have the following rights under the conditions specified in the GDPR:

  • Right of access (Article 15 GDPR);
  • Right of rectification (Article 16 GDPR);
  • Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
  • Right to portability (Article 20 GDPR);
  • Right to object (Article 21 GDPR).

All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who communicated his data to the Recruiter.

To exercise your rights or to make any other request concerning the processing of your data, you can contact SWEETCH ENERGY directly by the following means caroline.robert@sweetch.energy.fr.

For the purposes hereof, your data may be kept by the Recruiter for a maximum period of 24 months. After this period, you will receive an email offering to update your data. If you do not reply within 10 days, your data will be deleted from the databases.

Your data is not processed automatically. As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organizational and security measures are taken against any unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and loss of your data, which are hosted in data centers located within the European Union for the duration of the treatments. Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or court order, access to your data will be restricted to employees present within the Recruiter company and, where applicable, to its customers, when they need to consult and/or use them for the purposes described above.
